All users accessing their mail via a non registered* Guardian device will be subject to the terms of the session time application. When accessing your mail, calendar or contacts via a non registered device, you will see a pop up window asking you if you would like to continue your session. You can continue working in your session as long as you comply with the pop up window.
If you leave the session active, it will automatically log out after 30 minutes.
This is a temporary solution, as Google is working on permanent solution.
To permanently resolve this issue, register the PC for MFA. Once the PC is registered with MFA, this issue is resolved.
*Non registered is referring to any device (PC or mobile) that is not registered with the Multi Factor Athentication process. MFA is expected to be rolled out to all Agencies by end of fourth quarter 2012.
