Welcome to Google! This email provides information on how to obtain additional support and also provides information on how to attend our Q&A sessions.


Below is a description of Guardian’s Google Self Support Model:


  • End User Training. You should have attended last week’s Google Training Courses to learn about both the basic and advanced Google functionality. If you were unable to attend the class or would benefit from a refresher of the course material, click here to view the recorded training classes.

  • Online Help. Access the 24/7 online Help feature by clicking the Gear Icon  and selecting ‘Help’ from the list. By clicking Help and searching for topics you can quickly find answers to commonly asked questions and step-by-step instructions for how to perform a task.


  • Going Google Support Site. Guardian has developed a Going Google Support Site from which you can access helpful resources such as FAQ lists, training videos and tips & tricks. The Going Google Support Site is the central repository for everything Google at Guardian. It can be found at ggg.glic.com or through GOL under Training > Learn About > Guardian Going Google and at the bottom of the page under Technical Support.

  • Help Desk: If you still are unable to find the answer you are looking for, contact the Guardian Agency Support Center at 800-499-8820.


Attending Open Mic Q&A Sessions  

We will conduct a series of Open Mic Q&A Sessions starting [insert date depending on phase].  These sessions are designed to answer your questions and provide support.  To participate in the Open Mic Q&A Sessions, simply click here [ need to update link depending on phase] to view a list of scheduled sessions and click the corresponding Webex link to join.
