BCC Posting To SmartOffice

Effective with the introduction of Gmail, the ability to post an out-going email to the Guardian hosted version of SmartOffice is available.  This easy-to-use feature, accomplished by entering the email address of gsop@glic.com into the BCC field of the out-going email, will post the email to the SmartOffice Contact Record of:
    • Matching email address in the “TO” field
    • Matching email address in the “CC’ field
When at least one email address does not match an email address in the "TO" or the "CC" field, the email is posted to the Contact Record associated with your SmartOffice User  account.  With the email posted to your associated Contact Record, the ability to post to any Contact record is available.
